Fees:
In order to submit a swab to the lab, please submit a lab fee of $29.95 (Order Online) for the examination and report. The various molds present will be identified.
You may pay for the lab fee up front when you purchase the kit, or you can pay for it separately after you've conducted your swabbing and toxic color screening.
DO NOT send a swab to the lab without first purchasing the service online or the swab will be rejected for analysis.
