New Jersey Sales Tax:
New Jersey customers add 6% sales tax to the total order of your kits and/or refills (do not include shipping and handling when calculating sales tax).
Limited Uses:
The use of the product is limited to the testing of environmental air for viable mold spores. The product is not intended for use to diagnose, prevent or cure any disease or condition; see your physician for any medical condition. Certain molds (such as Stachybotrys) are difficult to capture and grow. Home Health Science, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "manufacturer") does not represent that its will grow every type of mold. The absence of mold on a capture film means that during the sampling period no live mold spore settled onto the film. It does not mean there are no live mold spores in the area.  The film does not identify the number of dead mold spores which have settled on it.
Limited Warranty Coverage:
The manufacturer warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship upon its receipt. The manufacturer's liability hereunder is limited to replacement of the product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering or other causes not arising from defect in material or workmanship. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchase of the product only.
Warranty Performance:
 During the above warranty period your product will be replaced with a comparable product if the defective product is returned, postage prepaid, to Home Health Science, Inc., 12 Wilson Drive, Sparta, NJ 07871, together with dated proof of purchase and within thirty (30) days of purchase. The replacement product will be in warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or for six months, whichever is longer. No charge will be made for replacement of the defective product.
